Attendance Alert Policy

User-specific notification settings are managed from Users. These global rules decide which event types are allowed to generate alerts.

Critical Exceptions

Recommended to keep enabled for HR review and audit trail.

GPS Violation Punch attempted outside approved project radius. Face Verification Failed Face confidence below required threshold. Liveness / Spoof Failed Photo, replay, or weak liveness blocked. Missing Checkout Employee has open attendance without checkout.

Attendance And Device Events

Operational alerts for day-to-day attendance control.

Late Arrival Employee arrives after the configured grace period. Device Offline Kiosk tablet has not synced within the configured time. Check In / Check Out Confirmation Normal punch confirmations. Keep off if email volume is high. Daily Attendance Summary Daily HR summary after shift close.

Separate multiple emails by comma, semicolon, or new line. User-specific recipients can also be enabled in Users.
